Five eyes wide, eyes & mouth line up in frontal or profile Nose and eyes line up in the same manner. But again we are all different so these proportions are ball park at best.
Proportions of the head seem to cange as the head turns. It is an optical illusion. If your pointof view does not make sense, what do you do as an artist? You make it make sense if that is what is important to your work. It is the work, your objective that must dictate your decision.
